Do you offer additional discounts for higher quantity orders?

If you are a buying as a company for either distributing products by serafini or for your business projects then you should always get in touch with us by e-mail before placing an order online. We can then discuss your requirements in detail in order to find the best possible solution.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We marked items that can be delivered from Hong Kong. Those items can reach you within 3 days. Some other products are marked as delivery from Germany and there the delivery can take up to 2 weeks.

Where do you ship?

If you are outside of Hong Kong we can also arrange the delivery. We serve the entire Asia Pacific region.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Your order can be changed prior to delivery. Please inform us by email so we can make the changes accordingly.
